To upload sales reports into RASA and begin processing royalties, you first need to create a Report Run. You can find the Report Runs page by clicking on Reports > Report Runs on the left column in your RASA account. Report Runs are like folders containing a group of sales reports, and they are commonly set up per accounting period. For example, if you receive sales reports every month, your report runs might be titled January 2022, February 2022, etc. If you receive sales reports every quarter, you might title your report runs Q1 2022 and Q2 2022. Each of these Report Runs should then contain sales reports for the relevant periods.
When you generate statements in your RASA account, you'll be pulling sales data from the entire Report Run at once. For this reason, it is important to make sure you are structuring your Report Runs such that sales reports from the same accounting period appear together.
Note that it is possible to further organize your Report Runs by enabling Accounting Groups for this section. This would allow you to separate monthly from quarterly sales reports, for example.
