In the Action section in the left menu, you will find "Custom Imports", which allows you to select the parameter linked to the asset.
When assigning assets to contracts, you must also specify the share. This represents the percentage of the asset’s revenue that will be attributed to a particular contract. In the import file, this percentage is written as a decimal (i.e. 50% should be written as 0.5). When only one contract is going to be linked to an asset, this can be set to 1, resulting in a 100% share of the asset.
Please do keep in mind that the final payout in RASA is determined by a combination of three applied percentages:
- product %
- asset-contract %
- contract-deal term %.
Fill in the form through the UI to finalize the ingestion. The UI will prompt any errors if these are found.
