Besides the importer used to create organizations, there is also a bulk importer that develops automatic contracts attached to an Organization.
Please make sure you use the same name in the organization_name and organization_reference field as you have done with the ‘create and update organizations’ import.
You can also choose only to use the "create contracts and organizations" importer to create both contracts and organizations simultaneously. This option is helpful if you are okay with a limited amount of data on the Organizational level since this importer will only include Organization Name, Organization Reference, and, if applicable, FUGA ID and Accounting Group.
Note: Please be aware that you have to have set up Contract Models before importing this file.
The RASA system will then link the standardized Contract Model to the contracts through the contract_model_reference.
The columns in green are required, and the columns in orange are optional or ‘if applicable.’
