As soon as the statements are closed, you can send out the statements to your payees. Within RASA, there are several ways to make sure the statements reach the right payees.
Export statement packages
When you send the statements to your payees by providing them with the statement through personal email or your company environment, you can export the statement packages from the statement run from RASA.
Email statements
Another option is to email the statement packages to your payees directly. Please note that you must fill in an email address on the Organization level for appended contract statements and contract level for separate contract statements.
Publish statements
This functionality will only be available in your RASA account if you have a FUGA White Label deal.
By publishing the statements, you will push the statement package to the accounting dashboard of the White Label sub-accounts in FUGA Next.
