If you need to remove users from your FUGA account, send a request to support@fuga.com and provide the name of the user and the associated FUGA ID. Please note that once a user is removed, they will no longer be able to access your FUGA account.
To retrieve the user FUGA ID follow these steps:
- Click Settings in your FUGA Next homepage
- Click My Organization
- Scroll down to the Users section
