Introduction
Audiomack is a curated streaming platform, which means not all content delivered will automatically go live on the service. Audiomack applies editorial review across genres and formats to maintain platform identity and listener experience. Distributors should ensure that only eligible and relevant content is submitted.
Accepted Genres
Audiomack only supports delivery of the following musical genres:
Hip-Hop / Rap
R&B / Soul
Latin
Electronic
Afrobeats
Dancehall / Reggae
Even if a release fits one of the supported genres, Audiomack may still reject or exclude it based on editorial criteria, quality, or duplication.
Restricted Content Types
Audiomack does not accept the following:
Public Domain content: Recordings that have fallen out of copyright and are not part of an official, recognized discography will be rejected.
Bulk deliveries: Audiomack requires curated and intentional delivery. They will not ingest large volumes of content en masse without prior coordination.
Back catalog ingestion: Older catalog content will not be accepted unless explicitly requested by Audiomack’s editorial or operations teams.
Delivery and Metadata Considerations
Ensure metadata is accurate and genre tags align with Audiomack’s supported formats. Misclassified content will likely be excluded.
Explicit content must be clearly marked with the correct Explicit or Clean tag in FUGA metadata fields.
Cover art should follow DSP standards: no URLs, QR codes, DSP logos, or digital product identifiers (e.g. “Compact Disc” logos).
Label names or production companies must not be listed as Primary Artist or Featured Artist unless officially credited in the release metadata across other DSPs.
Artist role assignments must be consistent across all platforms to ensure data integrity.
Recommendations
Submit only high-quality, editorially relevant material within Audiomack’s accepted genres.
Avoid overloading the service with soundalike, low-engagement, or mass-delivered content.
Contact your FUGA representative in advance if you plan to deliver legacy or catalog material.
