This article explains how to access the FUGA Interface, recover account passwords, and set up security measures. Users will learn how to log in seamlessly, complete password resets, and implement 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) using approved authentication applications. This foundational guide ensures secure and authorized platform administration for labels and distributors.
Accessing the FUGA Interface
Once user credentials have been created and an account has been provisioned by FUGA, follow these steps to log in:
Navigate to the official FUGA website login portal.
Enter the registered username and password.
Click Log in to access the FUGA Interface. If login credentials are not yet available, contact an internal administrator or FUGA representative.
Resetting a Password
If an account password is forgotten or requires updating, follow this recovery process:
Navigate to the official FUGA website login portal.
Click Forgot your password? on the credential entry screen.
Enter the registered email address and submit the form.
Review the inbox for a password reset notification and follow the instructions provided.
Return to the login portal and sign in with the new credentials.
Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication
To increase account security, FUGA recommends enabling 2FA. Follow these steps to configure an authentication tool:
Log into the FUGA Interface.
Navigate to Account Settings.
Scroll to the Two-factor authentication section.
Click the switch to start the wizard. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate 2FA using a supported application, such as Google Authenticator (available for Android and iOS), Authy, or a password manager that natively supports One-Time Passwords.
Once activated, enter the verification code generated by the application during subsequent login attempts.
If login issues persist or password recovery fails, contact your FUGA representative or reach out via our support channel.
