Track Title: Use the original title of the composition.
Primary Artist(s): List the performing artist(s) who recorded the cover version.
Composer/Writer Credits: Add the names of the original songwriters and composers in the Contributors section.
Publisher: Include publishing information where available.
Track Version (optional): You may include "Cover Version" in the Track Version field.
