The FUGA interface handles catalog delivery and analytics. FUGA SCORE adds marketing collaboration tools and campaign visibility.
I haven’t received my invite after requesting access
If you haven’t received your FUGA SCORE invite yet, please note that all access requests are processed manually. It may take up to 24–48 business hours.
Please also check your spam or junk folder for an email titled "Your Access to FUGA SCORE 2.0 is Here!" If the email is not there after the expected timeframe, we recommend reaching out to your Marketing Strategy Manager or emailing the Marketing Services team so our team can assist you.

- Refresh your browser and then attempt to log in again
If the issue persists, please contact the Marketing Services team for further assistance
How do I install the FUGA SCORE app?
To install the FUGA SCORE app on your device, scroll to the bottom-right corner of the platform and click on the {} icon. A prompt will appear with instructions—follow these to complete the installation process in just a few clicks.
How do I update my SCORE password?
To change your password in FUGA SCORE, click on the circle with your initials in the top-right corner of the platform. From the dropdown menu, select Change Password and follow the prompts to set a new one.
Is SCORE available to SubAccounts?
Yes, FUGA SCORE can be made available to SubAccounts, but it requires a custom setup. Please contact your Marketing Strategy Manager or Business Development representative to discuss options.
What user permissions exist in SCORE?
At this time, FUGA SCORE does not support tiered permission levels. Anyone who is granted access to SCORE within your organization will be able to view all projects and make edits. This is to ensure smooth and collaborative campaign management.
Does SCORE contain financial data?
No, FUGA SCORE does not display or manage any financial data. Its purpose is to support marketing and promotional workflows only, and no revenue or earnings information is accessible through the portal.
Why isn’t my project/product showing up?
There are several reasons why a project or product might not appear in SCORE:
- Your project may not have been submitted to Marketing Services. Simply having a product/project set up in the FUGA distribution interface does not automatically make it available in SCORE. Please ensure that the project has been properly submitted using the Submit Project to Marketing Services button.
- If the project was submitted but the product is not appearing, try resyncing the project within FUGA. This helps refresh and update the connection between the distribution interface and SCORE.
- If you’ve confirmed submission and attempted resyncing but the product or project still does not display, please contact your Marketing Strategy Manager. They can help investigate whether there are any technical or workflow issues preventing the sync.
Why is my feature report missing?
The most likely reason for a feature report to be missing is that one has not yet been created. If you are expecting a report for a specific release and cannot find it, please reach out to your Marketing Strategy Manager or the Marketing Services team.
How can I update marketing or metadata details?
If your update is related to core metadata, such as track titles, release dates, or product structure, you should use the Resync Project with Marketing Services button in the FUGA distribution interface. This ensures the latest metadata is reflected accurately in SCORE.
If you need to update marketing-specific content—such as marketing details or artist information—you can make those changes directly within FUGA SCORE by selecting the relevant release project and editing the necessary fields.
Can I add previously released products to SCORE?
Yes. Share the relevant UPCs with the Marketing Services team to link them back.
Do genres and subgenres sync automatically?
No, the genres and subgenres added in the FUGA distribution interface do not automatically sync with SCORE. To ensure DSP compatibility, please select the appropriate options from the genre and subgenre list provided within the SCORE submission form.
What are the minimum requirements to submit a project?
To move your project from "Draft" to "Submitted" status in FUGA SCORE, you must provide a baseline of essential campaign details that enable effective marketing support. These include:
- A valid Project Name, FUGA Project ID, and assigned Priority Level
- At least one digital product linked to the project, and a primary artist associated with each
- A high-quality press shot for the main artist
- At least one marketing driver per product or campaign
- A completed elevator pitch with a hook, main message, and selected genres and subgenres
Can I submit projects via API?
Not yet, but development is underway. Contact your Marketing Strategy Manager for updates.
Please note, however, that setting up API access will require technical resources on your end; our team won’t be able to set up the API for you. If you’re interested, reach out to your Marketing Strategy Manager (MSM) or Business Development representative to discuss available options.
How often are features checked?
Our team checks for DSP features multiple times during your campaign. The first check is conducted on the Friday of or after your release date. A second check follows on the subsequent Monday, and a final review typically occurs around four weeks post-release. We are exploring ways to automate this process to provide more frequent updates.
Why aren’t my updates appearing in SCORE?
If you’re not seeing your update reflected in SCORE, we understand how frustrating that can be. It’s important to note that in almost all cases (99%), no information is lost—it may have simply failed to link with your project or been delayed due to an unexpected issue.
Our Marketing Operations team has robust checks and systems in place to identify and resolve these instances, re-linking and re-triggering any actions that didn’t initially succeed. However, if you’re still missing information, please reach out to the Marketing Services team so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
How do I create an artist in the FUGA distribution interface?
You can create an artist in the FUGA distribution interface without needing to attach a product to that artist. To do so:
- Go to the Artist tab in the FUGA distribution interface
- Select Add Artist
- Fill in the required information and click Create Artist
