Overview
The found.ee integration with FUGA allows clients to link their account and manage release-level marketing from within the Catalog section of the FUGA interface. Found.ee’s platform provides tools to create pre-save and smart URL landing pages, track engagement metrics, and optimize release campaigns.
To use this feature, the integration must be enabled on your account by FUGA. You must also either connect an existing found.ee account or create one during the process.
Step-by-step Instructions
1. Enable the Integration - Contact your FUGA representative or reach out via our support channel to confirm that the found.ee integration is enabled for your Primary Account.
2. Connect Your found.ee Account - In the FUGA interface, navigate to the Connections area. - Click Connect Account. - You will be redirected to the Connections Management page.
3. Log In or Create a found.ee Account - If you already have a found.ee account, log in using your credentials. - If not, follow the prompts to create a new account.
4. Disconnecting the Account (if necessary) - You can return to the Connections Management page at any time to disconnect your found.ee account.
5. Generate Marketing Links for a Release - Navigate back to the Catalog and select the relevant product release. - Scroll to the Marketing Services section. - Click Generate Links to initiate the creation of a release landing page.
6. Select Retailers and Streaming Platforms - Use the checkboxes to select or deselect which platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music) to include in your landing page.
7. Review Pre-Save Availability - If the release date is in the future, only platforms that support pre-save functionality will appear.
8. Access and Preview the Example Landing Page - Click View Example Page. - The preview will automatically populate the artist name and release title for context.
9. Share the Reporting URL - A dedicated reporting link is generated for each release. - Share this link with internal stakeholders to monitor real-time analytics and fan engagement.
10. Manage and Customize Links via found.ee - Click Manage Links to log into your found.ee dashboard. - From here, you can update artwork, edit retailer selections, and utilize additional found.ee tools.
11. Access Previously Generated Links - Previously created links remain accessible through the Marketing Services section of the product page.
