Introduction
This article explains the process for onboarding labels to Beatport, Traxsource, and Juno Records—three key Digital Service Providers (DSPs) in electronic music distribution—via the FUGA platform. You will learn which label assets and metadata are required, how to submit your onboarding request to support@fuga.com, and critical considerations such as logo specifications, genre classification, and contract availability. By following these steps, you will ensure your label is properly set up for release delivery.
Overview
Beatport, Traxsource, and Juno Records curate their catalogues based on genre and label identity. Each store is organized around label and artist pages, meaning that labels must be onboarded before any release delivery can take place. Note that availability of delivery to these DSPs depends on your agreement with FUGA.
Check your FUGA contract or contact your FUGA representative to confirm whether these DSPs are available to you.
Beatport Label Onboarding
To request label onboarding on Beatport, send the following information to support@fuga.com:
- Label Name (as it should appear on Beatport)
- Previous Presence on Beatport: Indicate if the label has been listed previously (Yes/No)
- Social Media Links: Include links to the label's website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Recent Releases: Provide links to at least two recent releases, if applicable
- Associated Artists: List artists regularly released by the label
- Release Schedule: Include a brief description of upcoming release plans
- Beatport Genres: Specify which Beatport genres apply to the label. Choose from Beatport's official genre list
- Label Logo: Attach a high-resolution logo (minimum 500x500 pixels; maximum 2999x2999 pixels)
Traxsource and Juno Records Label Onboarding
To submit a label to Traxsource and/or Juno Records, email support@fuga.com with the following:
- Label Name
- Label Biography: A short description of the label's focus, history, and genre orientation
- Example Releases: Include links or identifiers for notable past releases (if available)
- Label Logo: Attach a logo with minimum dimensions of 600x600 pixels
Each platform independently reviews and approves new labels. Submission does not guarantee approval, and timelines for approval may vary by DSP.

- Genre classification is critical for approval—select genres that accurately represent the label’s catalogue.
