Introduction

In this article, you will learn how to:

FTP Server Connection
To upload assets, connect to the FUGA FTP server using the following credentials:
FTP Address: onboarding.ftp.fuga.com
Username: Your FUGA Account username
Password: Your FUGA Account password
The FTP server retains uploaded files for 30 days before automatic deletion for maintenance purposes.
Audio File Specifications
Audio files must be in FLAC or WAV format and conform to the following specifications:
- HD Audio formats: 192 kHz, 176.4 kHz, 96 kHz, 88.2 kHz, 48 kHz, or 44.1 kHz
- Bit depth: 32-bit or 24-bit (16-bit also accepted for 48 kHz and 44.1 kHz)
Artwork and Preview Image Specifications
Artwork and preview image files must meet the following requirements:
- File format: JPG RGB or PNG
- Minimum dimensions: 1400 x 1400 pixels
- Maximum dimensions: 6000 x 6000 pixels
- Recommended minimum: 3000 x 3000 pixels

Folder Structure
When uploading, adhere to the correct folder structure, using the Universal Product Code (UPC) as the folder name. Each folder must contain all associated assets:

Ensure that all audio, video, and image files listed in your metadata CSV are present and correctly named within the FTP directory.
