Downloading Statements: Available Files, Eligibility, and Naming

Introduction

This article explains the different file formats included in your monthly statement package, available via the FUGA Platform. You will learn how each document is named, what information it contains, and which clients may have access to specific files.

Overview

Every month your statements will be available to download via the FUGA Platform. Navigate to your Accounting dashboard and find the relevant ZIP package. This will include the following documents:

  • The self-bill PDF file: 
    {Month}{Year}StatementRun_{CompanyName}-self-billing-statement.pdf
  • The royalty report CSV file: 
    {Month}{Year}StatementRun_{CompanyName}-royalty_product_and_asset.csv

Additional File Formats

You may also see additional statement files in your ZIP package. These include:

  • The YouTube Extended report CSV file:
    {Month}{Year}StatementRun_{CompanyName}-youtube_extended.csv
    Only available to clients with a YouTube agreement.
  • The Multiple Currency royalty report CSV file:
    {Month}{Year}StatementRun_{CompanyName}-royalty_product_and_asset_estimate-EUR.csv
    Only available to clients who receive royalty statements in USD or GBP.
    This report is in the same format as your royalty report CSV.
  • The Unmatched Sales report CSV file:
    {Month}{Year}StatementRun_{CompanyName}-unmatched_sales.csv
    Not reported monthly or with a regular cadence. It includes sales that are matched to the specific account, but are not linked to a specific catalog item due to limited metadata provided.

  • The availability of specific files depends on your agreements and reporting requirements.
  • Contact your FUGA representative or reach out via our support channel at royalties-support@fuga.com if you cannot locate an expected file or require clarification.
