Introduction
This article explains how to retrieve your release links via FUGA’s portal form, directly through the FUGA Interface, or by accessing links directly on Digital Service Providers (DSPs) such as Spotify and Apple Music. These methods are available only after your product has been delivered to the DSPs.
Retrieving Release Links via the Link Request Form
If your release has been delivered to Digital Service Providers, you may request its links by submitting a form available through FUGA’s support portal.
- Go to the Link Request Form on the FUGA portal.
- Use the access password:
portal2023 - Complete the form with the required information (e.g., product title, UPC).
Note: This form is only effective for releases that have already been successfully delivered.
You can confirm delivery status within the FUGA Interface by viewing the relevant product page.
Retrieving Release Links via the FUGA Interface
Once your product has been delivered, links for Spotify and Apple Music can also be retrieved directly from the FUGA Interface:
- Navigate to the Catalog section.
- Within five business days of successful delivery, a green link icon will appear:
- Next to the release on the Catalog overview page
- In the Product Delivery Instructions section on the product page
3. Click the icon to automatically copy the link to your clipboard.
Note: If the green icon has not appeared after five business days, confirm delivery status and contact support@fuga.com if necessary.
Retrieving Links Directly from Spotify and Apple Music
If you prefer to retrieve the release link directly from the DSP, follow the relevant steps below.
Spotify (Album URL or URI)
- Open the album page on Spotify.
- Click the three-dot icon next to the album title.
- Select Share > Copy Album Link.
This generates a URL like: https://open.spotify.com/album/2e0nIVDc0PXBGRUmMmauZp?si=JL_H2fcRSfOqWmNhrav37A
To retrieve the Spotify URI:
- On Mac: While hovering over Copy Album Link, hold the Option key and select Copy Spotify URI
- On Windows: Right-click the album and select Copy Spotify URI
Spotify URIs follow this format: spotify:album:2e0nIVDc0PXBGRUmMmauZp
Apple Music (Album URL and Product ID)
- Open the album page on Apple Music.
- Click the three-dot icon next to the album title.
- Select Share > Copy Link
This generates a URL like: https://music.apple.com/us/album/greatest-hits-i-ii-iii-the-platinum-collection/1440650428
To retrieve the Product ID from Apple Music:
- Look at the numerical string at the end of the album URL.
- Example: For ‘Bohemian Rhapsody,’ the Product ID is
1440821736.
Troubleshooting
- If links are not yet available in the FUGA Interface, verify delivery has occurred by checking the delivery status on the product page.
- Link icons may take up to five business days post-delivery to appear.
- If a requested link is incorrect or leads to an error, ensure the product metadata is correct and redelivered if needed.

- Always ensure that links are only retrieved and shared after a product is delivered and live on DSPs.
- Some DSPs may delay live status due to their internal review processes.
