How to Retrieve Your Release Links Using FUGA

This article explains how to retrieve release links via FUGA’s Link Request Form, directly within the FUGA Interface, or through mobile applications for major Digital Service Providers (DSPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music. These methods enable clients to locate and share live release URLs once product delivery is complete.

Retrieving Release Links via the Link Request Form

If a product has been delivered to Digital Service Providers (DSPs), release links can be requested by submitting the Link Request Form available on FUGA’s support portal.

  1. Navigate to the Link Request Form.
  2. Complete all required fields, including the product title and Universal Product Code (UPC).
  3. Submit the request form.

Note: Accessing the form requires a password. If you do not have the required password, contact your FUGA representative or reach out via our support channel. This form is effective only for releases that have successfully completed delivery. Delivery status can be verified on the relevant product page in the FUGA Interface.

Retrieving Release Links via the FUGA Interface

Once delivery is complete, links for Spotify and Apple Music can be retrieved directly within the FUGA Interface:

  1. Navigate to the Catalog section.
  2. Locate the green link icon, which appears within five business days of successful delivery in two areas:
    • Next to the release on the Catalog overview page
    • In the Product Delivery Instructions section on the product page
  3. Click the icon to automatically copy the link to your clipboard.

Note: If the green link icon does not appear after five business days, verify the delivery status on the product page. If issues persist, contact your FUGA representative or reach out via our support channel.

 

Retrieving Links Directly from the DSPs

Release links can also be obtained directly from DSP mobile applications once a product is live.

 

Spotify

  1. Open the album page in the Spotify mobile app.
  2. Tap the three-dot icon (...) below the album title.
  3. Tap Share.
  4. Tap Copy link.

This generates a URL like: https://open.spotify.com/album/2e0nIVDc0PXBGRUmMmauZp

Spotify URIs follow this format: spotify:album:2e0nIVDc0PXBGRUmMmauZp

 

Apple Music

  1. Open the album page in the Apple Music mobile app.
  2. Tap the three-dot icon (...) in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Share.
  4. Tap Copy.

This generates a URL like: https://music.apple.com/ph/album/bohemian-rhapsody-the-original-soundtrack/6781027361

The Apple Product ID in this case will be 6781027361.

 

YouTube Music

  1. Open the album page in the YouTube Music mobile app.
  2. Tap the three-dot icon (⋮) next to the album header.
  3. Tap Share.
  4. Tap Copy link.

Troubleshooting

  • Delivery Verification: Ensure product delivery has fully completed in the FUGA Interface before attempting to retrieve links.
  • DSP Processing Time: Live status on streaming services may experience minor delays depending on internal DSP review processes.
  • Incorrect Links or Metadata: If a retrieved link leads to an error, verify that the product metadata is correct in the FUGA Interface.
