This article explains how to monitor the delivery progress of your releases within the FUGA Platform. By navigating to the delivery instructions for a product, users can view real-time updates for each Digital Service Provider (DSP), interpret specific status labels, and access detailed delivery logs to ensure content is successfully processed and live.
Navigating to Delivery Status
To view the status of a specific release, navigate to the product page within the FUGA Platform and select the Product Delivery Instructions section. This area provides a comprehensive list of every Digital Service Provider (DSP) associated with the release, along with their current processing state.

Monitoring Delivery History
Within the Product Delivery Instructions section, refer to the History column to track specific actions performed on a product. This column displays the number of actions as "(x) versions" (for example, "2 versions"), which may represent initial inserts or subsequent redeliveries. By clicking the auto-generated link under this column, you can review every step of the release delivery to a specific Digital Service Provider (DSP), allowing for precise monitoring of the ingestion process.
If you encounter issues that are not resolved through the status tooltips or delivery logs, contact your FUGA representative or reach out via our support channel.
